DigitalQpons LLC’s (“DQ,” “Licensor”, “we” or “us”) may at any time modify the Privacy Policy. The most current version will supersede all previous versions. DQ is committed to providing its Merchants and Users convenience, value and Privacy. By using the DQ site, applying for service, or by downloading the mobile application, You consent to DQ’s Privacy Policy.

DQ is in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), and it does not encourage, permit the use of, collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. DQ’s website, products and services are all intended for people who are at least 13 years old or older.

This INFORMATION DOES NOT PERMIT THE IDENTIFICATION OF INDIVIDUAL PERSONS. Non-personally identifiable visitor information includes Qpon impressions and redemption usage information. Again, campaign performance data is collected simply to help our participating merchants fine tune their offers and campaigns. Absolutely no personal or user specific information is shared with these vendors, for any reason whatsoever. Digital Qpons may release information if it believes the release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of others or our business.
Digital Qpons may include or offer third party products or services on its website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. Digital Qpons therefore holds no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, DQ seeks to protect the integrity of its sites and welcomes any feedback about these sites.
