Q  and  A  for  Consumers

• 1. What phones are supported and how do I get DQ on my phone?
  Currently DQ is offered on the iPhone and phones using the Google Android OS.
  DQ is available to download FREE from the Apple App Store. Android OS Users can also visit the Android Marketplace and Download the DQ app FREE.
  DQ plans to support more devices in the near future.
  
• 2. How much does Digital Qpons cost?
  Digital Qpons is completely free to Consumers because Saving money shouldn't cost you anything!
• 3. How do I redeem a coupon?
  When you are ready to redeem the offer, simply press the “Redeem Qpon” button, then present the offer to the cashier or waitress to receive your discount. If you ever experience a problem redeeming one of our offers, please contact us.
• 4. Is this a subscription service?
  Digital Qpons is a FREE on-demand service for shoppers that will always be free for shoppers. If you don't want to use Digital Qpons anymore, simply remove the application from your phone.
• 5. What kind of personal information do you collect?
  As a location-based mobile service, Digital Qpons asks to collect the geographic location of your mobile device in order to display relevant offers and support our business's tracking system. The system identifies unique users, in order to track and understand each transaction. DQ is strongly committed to protecting User privacy, and Digital Qpons does NOT collect or share any User specific information to ANY 3rd Parties, other than Federal or local law enforcement.
• 6. Where does DQ get Qpons?
  DQ works with merchants and other publishers to offer exclusive deals on Digital Qpons. This ensures that when you use a Digital Qpons Mobile App, the retailer honors it.
• 7. Will businesses ever send me unsolicited offers?
  No, we don't reveal your personal information, ever. That includes any data that might identify you. We offer an opt in service that can alert you of discount offers on specified categories or merchants that you have requested to receive.
• 8. I tried to use a Qpon, but the cashier wouldn't accept it. What do I do?
  Since we work directly with merchants, this should not happen. That said, new employees or cashiers who haven't been trained might not know about Digital Qpons and might be confused. If this happens, please contact us by notifying DQ via the App, and we will be sure to settle the matter to the best of our ability.
• 9. Why isn't my favorite store listed?
  We are working to sign up publishers, so your favorite store may be listed soon! You can suggest a merchant and or ask your favorite local merchants to offer DigitalQPons. Businesses can sign up via the site or call us for support.

DQ is intended for Advertisers, Manufacturers and Brick and Mortar Businesses, Service or Web-based Merchants.
